Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Rayen Sbai, the developer of Mentrick ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you.

Mentrick is a collection of 20 games for entertainment, grouped into Solo, Party and Magic modes. The Magic games (Mind Reader, 1089, Lie Detector, Color Oracle, Card Trick and Word Predictor) work with math, misdirection and chance. They can't read minds, detect lies or reveal anything true about you or anyone else, so don't base real decisions on them.

Party games happen with real people in a real room, and you're responsible for how you play.

• Skip any truth or dare that's dangerous, illegal, or that someone doesn't want to do.
• Keep hold of the phone. Don't throw it in Hot Potato or slam it in Reaction Duel.
• In Forehead, check your surroundings before you start tilting and turning.
• Some games use flashing colors and fast timers. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, or flashing lights have ever made you unwell, talk to a doctor before playing.

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the app or its content, except where the law allows it.

The app, its games, word lists, prompts, artwork, name and logo belong to the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark law. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them to improve the app without owing you anything.

You get the app and its updates through Google Play, under the Google Play Terms of Service. Leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games, which follows Google's own terms. We aren't responsible for services we don't run.

We may update the app, change or remove games and features, or stop offering it at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top, and if you keep using the app, you accept the new version.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage that comes from how you or others play, including dares, party games or a dropped phone. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. If you live somewhere else, you keep any mandatory consumer protections your own country's law gives you.
